Program Evaluation 101 introduces CBOs to the foundational concepts of evaluating programs to support learning, improvement, and accountability. This training demystifies evaluation by focusing on practical, right‑sized approaches that organizations can realistically implement. Participants will explore how to define program goals, identify meaningful outcomes, collect relevant data, and use information to strengthen CVI programming.
The training emphasizes evaluation as a learning and improvement tool, not a punitive or compliance‑only exercise.
