  Strategic Planning 101 helps CBOs develop a clear, practical approach to setting organizational direction while navigating the realities of CVI work. This training focuses on aligning mission, programs, and resources; setting realistic priorities; and translating strategic plans into actionable steps. Participants will learn how to approach strategic planning as a living process that supports clarity, adaptability, and sustainability.
