Fiscal Management 101 provides a practical introduction to managing organizational and program finances within Community‑Based Organizations (CBOs) operating in the CVI space. This training focuses on building shared understanding of fiscal responsibilities, budgeting basics, funding restrictions, and internal controls. Participants will learn how sound fiscal practices support program effectiveness, compliance, and long‑term sustainability.
