How to Read and Understand Financial Statements provides community-based organizations with the foundational knowledge needed to interpret and use financial information to support organizational decision-making and sustainability. Financial statements tell the story of an organization's financial health, helping leaders understand how resources are being managed, identify potential risks, and make informed strategic decisions. This training breaks down key financial reports into practical, easy-to-understand concepts and helps participants build confidence in reviewing and discussing financial information within the context of Community Violence Intervention (CVI) programs.
